1988 Isuzu Trooper II - PARTING OUT

I'm parting out this 88 Isuzu Trooper II. I have been pulling parts, but will eventually haul the remainder off to the car crushers selling it as scrap

I will be removing parts and keeping a running list of what is available here, if you spot something, email me with what you need and zip code and I will quote you a shipping fee. I will try to keep shipping charges to a minimum

The car is located in central OHIO if you are near we can arrange a local pick up

Send, All inquires to:  lots-in-life@sbcglobla.net

This is the 88 Isuzu Trooper II. before I started parting it out

It was a runner until the gas tank developed rust on the inside last summer (2011).

I had planned on putting it back on the road, in fact I removed the gas tank and paid on the order of $100 to have it professionally red-coated on the inside.  The gas tank is among the parts available below

Parts available and a asking price are shown in the table below.  I have done my best to describe the parts

I will post what I have pulled here, once someone speaks for a part,  I will mark it as "sold pending funds",.  Then "sold" when I receive the funds.  Finally I will  periodically remove them from the table below when shipped

I will add parts as I pull them to the bottom of the lit along with the date I added them to the list

If you need something I have not yet pulled that you spot in the before pictures below the table, feel free to ask about what you need..  I am mostly going after the stuff that is easy to pull and in need by fellow Troopers to keep there vehicles on the road. I probably won't bother with pulling engine and transmission, and other major parts, but I may change my mind on them, please inquire about these kinds of things

I did not clean any of the parts before I took pictures, many simply could use a good cleaning

front grill - $20

no cracks in plastic but some of the chrome paint has worn off, see pics

it is therefore priced accordingly

note: this may cost a lot to ship as it would require a large box where UPS rates are based on dimensional weights

I believe some enthusiasts paint these grills, if you desire to go this route, this would be a good grill to start with

there is a discoloration in the plastic at the bottom of the container.  This can be seen in picture 2 at the lower left.  It appears as if the bottle was once creased and the plastic was then distorted and then pushed back out..  It does not leak

gas tank, splash plate and parts - $25

This was the reason I stopped driving this vehicle, the gas tank developed rust on the inside and kept clogging up the fuel filter.  I pulled the tank with the intention of putting the vehicle back on the road.  I then paid $100 to have it professional cleaned and red-coated on the inside.  I did not ever put it back in the vehicle

The other parts including the fuel pump may be usable too, make me an offer on all or part
